1. Open the Brastel Remit app and tap CREATE AN ACCOUNT


2. Agree to the Terms and Conditions by ticking the checkboxes and tap "NEXT"


3. Enter your email address twice and your password twice and tap "Confirm"

4. Enter the “verification code” you received by email

5. In the "Your email has been verified!" screen tap "NEXT"

6. Select Japanese as your nationality

7. Select Driver's License

8. Read the information and tap NEXT

9. Read the information and tap NEXT

10. Read the instructions and tap TAKE PHOTO to take a photo of the front side of your driver's license

10.1. Align the ID within the frame

11. Confirm that the photo is not blurred, nor with flash glare or cut off, and tap NEXT. To retake the photo, tap CHANGE PHOTO

12. Read the instructions and tap TAKE PHOTO to take a photo of your driver's license from an angle

12.1. Tilt your device 45 degrees and align the ID within the frame

13. Confirm that the photo is not blurred, nor with flash glare or cut off, and that shows its thickness and tap NEXT. To retake the photo, tap CHANGE PHOTO

14. Read the instructions and tap TAKE PHOTO to take a photo of the back side of your driver's license

15. Confirm that the photo is not blurred, nor with flash glare or cut off, and tap NEXT. To retake the photo, tap CHANGE PHOTO

16. Tap TAKE PHOTO to take a photo of your face

17. Confirm that the photo is not blurred, nor cut off, and tap NEXT. To retake the photo, tap CHANGE PHOTO

18. Select your occupation and enter your telephone number. Tap NEXT. If you have a promotion code, enter it and then tap NEXT



19. Setup a 4-digit PIN Number. Tap NEXT
IMPORTANT: STORE YOUR PIN


20. Enter your name in Roman letters. Review the information and tick the acknowledgement checkbox. Tap SUBMIT REGISTRATION



21. Done! You will receive a message on your app once your account registration has been approved (in approximately 1 to 3 business days)
IMPORTANT: If your account registration has not been approved within the given timeframe, check your notifications on the bell icon located on the top right corner of the app, and follow the instructions provided.
