12. [APP] FORGOT MY PIN

If you don't remember your PIN when registering or editing a recipient, sending money, etc, this is one way to set it up  

1. Open the Brastel Remit app        

2. Tap Menu (3 horizontal bars located on the top left corner of the app)

3. Tap My Account

4. Tap Change PIN

5. Tap Forgot your PIN?

6. Enter your Password 
(if you don't remember your password, tap Forgot your password?)

7. Tap CONFIRM

8. Enter your NEW PIN and tap SAVE

9. Done! Your new PIN has been set
