Note: the notification method must be the same as when you signed up
4. For Email: enter the email used when you signed up and your date of birth and tap "DONE". An email will be sent with instructions to reset your password. For SMS, please see step 10
5. Open the email
6. Tap "Set a new password"
7. Enter the new password in your app twice. Tap "SAVE"
8. Tap "OK" when the message “The sign in password has been changed” is displayed
9. Done! Your new password has been set
10. For SMS, enter the mobile number used when you signed up and your date of birth and tap "DONE"
11. Open the SMS message to see your username and temporary password
12. Open the Brastel Remit app and enter the username and temporary password, then tap "Login"
13. Enter your new sign in password twice. Tap "NEXT"
14. Done! Your new password has been set
NOTE: If you signed up using SNS (Apple ID, Facebook or Google) and you prefer to use a username and password, tap "Forgot your password?" to create one
