9. [APP] HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

 1. Open the Brastel Remit app

2. Tap Menu (3 horizontal bars located at the top left of the app)

3. Tap "My Account"

4. Tap "Refund"

5. Confirm the amount to be refunded. Please note that a “Reimbursement fee” of 750 yen will be charged

6. Tap "NEXT"

7. Select the financial institution where you want to receive the deposit

8. For Bank, enter the bank name, branch name or code. Select the account type and enter the account number and the account holder's name. Tap "NEXT"

For Japan Post Bank, select the account type, enter the account number and account holder name (optional). Tap "NEXT"

9. Select the document type and tap "Take a photo" to take a picture of your bank passbook or cash card.

After taking the photo, tap "NEXT

10. Review the information and, if correct, tap "NEXT" . To make corrections, tap "EDIT"
