STEP A) Download the statement to your smartphone
- Open the Brastel Remit app and press the menu icon on the top left corner.
2. Press “Transaction History”.
3. Press “Print a Remittance Statement”.
4. Select the start date, the end date and the recipient. Then press “NEXT”.
5. Press “Print or Share”.
6. Choose a folder in your smartphone. On iPhone, select “Save to Files”. Then Press “Save”. On Android, select your favorite folder (e.g. "My Files" or "Downloads").
STEP B) Issue a user number
7. On your internet browser, open this web page:
networkprint.ne.jp
8. Press “Use non-membership”.
9. Select “I agree".
10. Press “Select Files”.
11. Press “Browse”.
12. Select the PDF file from the folder where you saved it.
13. Select “A4” as the paper size.
14. Scroll down and press “Upload Files”.
15. A user number will be issued.
IMPORTANT: Take note of this number. You will need it at the convenience store.
The user number expires in about 8 days. After that, the file is automatically deleted.
STEP C) Print the document
16. Go to a Family Mart, Lawson or Poplar convenience store and head to the multicopy machine.
17. On the machine display, press “Language” on the top right corner.
Note: the screens layout may vary depending on the convenience store.
18. Select “American English”.
19. Select “Print Service”.
20. Select “Network Print”.
21. Enter your User Number and press “Next”.
22. Select the desired color mode: Full Color or B/W (black and white)
(Note: one A4 page B/W costs ¥20 and one A4 page Color costs ¥60)
23. Press “Start Print”.
24. Press “Yes”.
25. If this screen is displayed, you need to insert more coins (In this case, go to step 26).
If you have already inserted the sufficient amount, go to step 27.
26. Insert coins in the machine slot. You can insert ¥10, ¥50 and ¥100 coins.
27. Wait until the document is printed.
28. After the printing has been completed, press “Exit”.
29. Remove your document and press this button to collect your change (if any).
