1. How much is the transfer fee to the Philippines

Note: Transfer fee and bank deposit fee will be deducted from the deposited amount.

2. How much money can I send? 

  • Maximum amount per day - ¥1,000,000
  • Max. amount per transaction will be based on the limit set by the financial institution in the Philippines).

We may contact the customer in case of large amounts/frequent remittances to confirm further details regarding the nature of the remittance. There will be cases that additional documents may be required.

3. How long will it take for the recipient to get the remittance?

4. If the delivery method is Agent Collect Point, where will the recipient pick up the money?   

If the amount is up to Php 30,000 the recipient can get it in Cebuana, MLhuillier and Palawan Pawnshop. And from Php 30,001 recipient can get it in MLhuillier and Palawan Pawnshop.

5. Does the recipient have to pay any additional fee?

No, the recipient doesn’t need to pay for any additional fee.

6. Can I add more recipients?

Yes. You can add, change the recipients and / or update their informations.

7. Can I send money to my own bank account in the Philippines?

Yes. You can send money to your own bank account in the Philippines.

8. At what point does the exchange rate apply?

The rate will be applied on the day and time the remittance request is processed.
Please note that the exchange rate shown at the time the remittance request is done, is for reference only and may differ from the actual exchange rate.

9. Can I transfer money from other countries to Japan?

No. Currently our service is only available to transfer money from Japan to overseas.

10. How can I deposit the money I want to send using the Yucho Deposit Card from Brastel Remit?

 Using the Yucho Deposit Card, go to the nearest Japan Post Bank or some Family Mart convenience stores and deposit the money in the ATM. Follow the instructions in the app: Menu > Deposit Instructions > Yucho Card

- Maximum deposit limit at a time: ¥100,000
- To deposit more than ¥100,000, you will need to make multiple deposits. Press the button “TIP: SAVE MONEY!” (Menu > Deposit Instructions > Yucho Card and select one of the ATMs) to see the most economical ways to make multiple deposits.

11. Can I use the remaining balance in my account for my next transaction?

Yes, you can.

12. Can I receive a transaction report for tax procedures?
