Currently, we do not have a notification service to inform when the funds are received. When the money is ready for collection at the agent counter or home delivery, we will send you an email with the transaction Reference Number. Please inform this number to the recipient to be able to collect the money. In case of bank transfer, please ask the recipient to check his/her account balance.
For the Brastel Remit app customers, if your email address is not verified, you will not receive the Reference Number by email. However, you may check this information in the transfer details by clicking on the arrow next to the recipient's name.
How do I know the recipient received the money?
