I didn't receive the email with the authentication code from Brastel yet, what should I do?

Please double-check the email address you have entered.
If the address is correct, make sure the email has not been blocked by your email filter or forwarded to your junk mailbox.
If that is not the case, you can request a new code as follows:
- For app users: tap on "Send a new code".
- For classic users: click on "Send" again to receive a new code.
