I forgot my username/password. What should I do?

  • For app users: If you forgot your password: tap on the "Forgot your password?" link, select email or SMS, enter the email address or phone number you registered with us, and your date of birth. You will receive a link to reset your password.
    Your Username is the email address you registered with us. If you do not remember, please contact customer service.

  • For classic users: Go to the sign-in page and click on the “Forgot your username or password?” link. You will be requested to enter the email address registered to Brastel Remit and your date of birth to reset your account. If you are not sure of the email address you originally registered, please contact customer service.
